The information below is a follow-up to the HOA annual meeting.  At the meeting several homeowners expressed concerns about the builder-installed windows needing maintenance and / or replacement.

Here's information about the parts we received for our windows. Hopefully everyone has the same info and the parts will fit. We had the balances replaced as well as some of the white "clips" that hold the window into the frame. That's what the last 2 items are. Most of our clips were broken because the balances when they snapped, snapped the clips.
